Samples- Change the envelope, layer with pitch shift, layer with other samples, reverse, pitch shift, change duration, add sound wave, editing, duplicate, repeat, gain change, mix, offset regions, add new frequencies with the tone generator, pan...
Feel free to use PD to manipulate sounds as well
Use the mix window to mix levels and panning.
